In 2017, ALCANTARA SYSTEMS began work on a comprehensive agro-industrial complex project in Adrar, Algeria. This integrated agri-food project is being carried out by Alcantara Systems for S.A.R.L. - Agriculture Industrielle Sidi Moussa, located in the city of Adrar, Algeria.

The project is being developed on an area of ​​5,000 hectares and consists of the following actions:
•         Start-up of 4,000 ha of cotton cultivation.
• Construction and commissioning of a cotton gin with a capacity of 218,000 kg/day of processed fiber.
•         Start-up of 1,000 ha of horticultural crops.
• Installation and commissioning of a seedbed with an area of ​​14,336 m2, automated with climate control.
• Construction and commissioning of the FRUIT AND VEGETABLE HANDLING CENTER with a capacity of 20,000 kg/hour.
• Construction of industrial buildings and living quarters.
• Project Management and Marketing for 3 years.
