This project was the subject of the first license granted in Algeria and has constituted the first reference of a comprehensive agri-food project carried out by the private sector after the nationalization of land.  

Within the framework of the first land privatization program and the adoption of the law on measures in favor of former mujahideen.

We carried out the following actions in the years 1985 and 1986:
• Project and construction management for the enhancement of 600 hectares in the Zeribet El Oued region.
• The following supplies and services:
· Waterproofing material, connection accessories and pumping equipment for the construction of a 20,000 m3 reservoir, built in compacted earth by Spanish technical personnel.
• Drilling of four boreholes, their equipment and connection to the reservoir's supply network and irrigation installation
• Installation of automatic irrigation stations, with a network of 300 ha of micro-sprinkler irrigation in vineyard cultivation and 150 ha of drip irrigation for arboriculture.
